Eloy Trevino

Founder + Brand & Growth Expert

Eloy has 25+ years of brand strategy experience. He is a founder/CMO of H2A Tequila Seltzers (coming in 2025), strategic brand advisor for the Wharton Center for Performing Arts at Michigan State University, and CMO Advisor for the World 50 Group.

Most recently, Eloy developed and led McKinsey’s Brand-Driven Growth practice for The Americas; leading solutions for ‘all things brand, brand portfolio, architecture, positioning, activation, M&A, licensing and partnerships, and org design and competencies. He was also a leader/developer of the new Green Growth practice, developing CMO-agendas for where/how to build sustainable brands. He published thought leadership on the future of brand strategy.

Prior to McKinsey, Eloy spent 11 years at Prophet Brand Strategy, where he was a Partner and led brand strategy, customer/digital experience, and innovation practice areas. He was also a founding member of Accenture Marketing and Media Sciences.

Dolores Phillips

Executive Creative Director

Dolores has 25+ years of experience developing visual communication solutions that draw on her passion
for creating a timeless aesthetic and impeccable graphic sensibility.

Prior to starting her own studio, she was a Senior Design Director at Prophet, focused on building the design practice and leading the development of identity programs, branded customer experiences, and retail environments for global brands.

Previously she worked at Lippincott and Pentagram, specializing in brand identity programs for global brands across various industries. Her role in her family’s museum in Mexico City, which houses the world’s largest collections of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, has her seeking inspiration from art in every corner of the world.

Jacob Robinson

SVP Brand Execution

Jacob brings over 15 years of experience in brand strategy and content planning, as well as executing omnichannel campaigns across a diverse range of industries, including retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, payer, financial services, and B2B. His extensive background in both strategy and execution has equipped him with a deep understanding of how to drive brand growth and engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Before joining the MERDY team, Jacob spent nearly five years at AREA 23, where he played a pivotal role in launching new drugs. Jacob’s career also includes valuable experience at MERGE Chicago, where he focused on campaign execution and performance marketing. This diverse set of experiences has provided him with a strong foundation in delivering results-driven campaigns tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and industry.
